About Hannah Marek

Born and raised in the countryside of Kent, England, Hannah Marek brings an international perspective, strong work ethic and warm, personable approach to her role with the Devin Sweazy Group at Premier Sotheby’s International Realty.

After meeting her husband while working in London, Hannah moved to Marco Island in 2010 and has proudly called Southwest Florida home ever since. Alongside her husband, she helped operate the family’s restaurant business while raising their two sons. Through years of serving both local residents and visitors, Hannah developed deep ties to the Marco Island community and an appreciation for the lifestyle that continues to draw homeowners, second-home buyers and seasonal residents to Southwest Florida.

Hannah began her real estate career in 2022, bringing together her local knowledge, hospitality background and natural attention to detail. Today, she works alongside Devin Sweazy in Client Services + Operations, helping deliver the organized, highly personalized experience that defines the Devin Sweazy Group.

Behind the scenes, Hannah assists with the many details involved in preparing and marketing Marco Island and Southeast Naples properties, from coordinating vendors and property preparation to supporting marketing initiatives, client communication and transaction logistics. Her ability to anticipate needs, stay organized and keep moving pieces aligned helps ensure clients receive attentive service from the earliest stages of preparing a property for market through closing.

Hannah’s hospitality background is especially valuable when working with second-home owners and clients who may not be in Southwest Florida full time. She understands the importance of communication, responsiveness and having a trusted local team available to help manage the details.

As part of the Devin Sweazy Group, Hannah shares the team’s commitment to thoughtful preparation, sophisticated property marketing, local market knowledge and exceptional client care throughout Marco Island and Southeast Naples real estate.

Outside of real estate, Hannah enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons and taking advantage of the boating, beaches and relaxed coastal lifestyle that have made Marco Island home for more than 15 years.
