Devin Sweazy was born and raised in Chicago, proudly embracing her Midwest roots.

While she gladly traded the snow for the sun, she carried with her the values that shaped her most: integrity, perseverance, and an unwavering work ethic.

After graduating from Indiana University, Devin built a successful career in medical device sales, earning multiple President’s Club honors and industry awards. But after years of success, she chose to follow her true passion—real estate.

Since 2014, Marco Island has been home to Devin and her family. Raising her three daughters here has given her a deep appreciation for the community and the coastal lifestyle she now calls her dream come true. Her intimate knowledge of the island, from its neighborhoods to its hidden gems, allows her to provide clients with more than just a transaction—she offers them a true sense of place.
