Devin is great to work with.The place we wanted ended up being taken off the MLS but Devin pursued on our behalf and after many months of negotiating we ended up getting our new place! Highly recommend. She definitely knows the island and has also been extremely helpful with recommending contractors who are trustworthy and reliable.

Devin did an excellent job with market collateral capturing the luxury condo experience in addition to showcasing the layout and design. The process was easy as she was driven by an objective data-driven approach in market positioning and negotiations. She was attuned to nuanced supply—demand balance and enabled us to capitalize on excellent timing. We had an accepted offer in less than 2 weeks on the market.
We continue to have great experience with Devin. She does an outstanding job on both the buyer and seller side. Highly recommend. One caveat, we would not recommend the inspector that she typically uses - Gulf Coast Home Pro inspections - we were not impressed at all with the quality and comprehensiveness of that inspection. In our opinion it was not worth the money and would highly discourage that inspector.
